CHANGE OF MIND

We understand that personal preferences may change, but unfortunately we are unable to offer exchanges or refunds for change of mind.

If you happen to select the incorrect colour, we accept exchanges within 14 days of receiving your hair. You will be responsible for return shipping cost.

We are here to assist you with our complimentary colour matching consultation to help ensure you are making a confident choice in your colour. Please visit the “colour match” page on our website to submit your request or send us a dm or email and we will get back to you as soon as possible.


FAULTY PRODUCTS

We take immense pride in the quality of our hair, and we want you to have the best experience possible. If you believe you have received faulty hair, we are committed to resolving the issue promptly. Within 14 days of receiving your purchase, we ARE THRILLED TO offer replacements for any hair that exhibits defects.

when will my order not be accepted for a return/exchange

if you do not notify us within 24 hours of receipt that you have either had a change of mind or the product is faulty.

if you wait more than 14 days after after the item is officially delivered by the courier you cannot return/exchange.

if you has released the ties that hold the extensions in place, you will be unable to return the product.

no return will be accepted if the hair has been treated or maintained with products other than what we have RECOMMENDed.

we advise using registered post to return your item, as that method requires a tracking number, which is important because we are not to be held responsible for any lost returns
